The Micro Health Mates Loyalty Card is available to all QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) licensed healthcare practitioners.
The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder and their family members, i.e., their parents, spouses, and children.
The card provides a 50% discount on all laboratory investigations and a 20% discount on all radiology investigations at Micro Health Laboratories Qatar branches.
The discounts are only applicable for investigations conducted at Micro Health Laboratories in Qatar and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
The card is valid for one year from the date of registration and must be renewed annually to continue receiving the discounts.
The discounts offered through the card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
Micro Health Laboratories reserves the right to modify or cancel the program, discounts, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The cardholder must abide by all applicable laws and regulations while availing the discounts and services at Micro Health Laboratories.
